Meandering Monday

Today I did a lot of bus riding. It was a sunny day, but I wanted to share a gray day and pigeons, looking a lot like a sheet of music, which reminds me of TKT's music in her soon-to-be-baby's room. The sketch below is older but I've been looking for a new handbag lately -- one that I can fit my lapintosh into but without it looking like a computer bag. Odds are, I'll still end up with a bigger, better bag. For those who haven't seen my new cell phone cover (think powerpuff girls on acid) you will understand that it is time for me to stop upgrading with pink accessories and embrace black and the new not pink.

Today was brought to you by the letter "O"' for "Out of Service", BART (especially the Daly City station), MUNI 14, 48, 12, and 6 and last, but not least, Trader Joes.

Purchase of the day: 10 yards of gray fabric - only $1.99 per yard!

Coffee Shops

Unexpectedly, coffee shops are my new office. OK, not so unexpectedly. It is a trickier problem to draw in coffee shops, because people are a little more in touch than at the bar. Anyhow, here is a quick sketch before I go off to the zoo. Today's sketch is brought to you by the Mission 14 bus.
